Newly Released Features
We always value your feedback to improve the platform and provide you breeze when working on your projects.
Same goes for your clients, we always love to hear what you think will urge them to launch more projects through the platform.
We have listed some of the new features we have integrated into the system, here are the changes that you will notice:
[Feature Request #1] [Email Notifications] Secondary messages from recruiters should have a different template
We’ve heard feedback from recruiters that clients aren’t responding to the secondary messages that they send after an initial intro message. This time we've improved and highlighted the content of the message.
[Feature Request #2] Improved ‘recent messages’ screen for recruiters (more filters)
[Feature Request #3] Clients can now switch active company without logging out
Some of the items you’ve raised to Support have now been fixed. See them below:
[Fix #1] [New Proposal Workflow] Recruiter is seeing (1) under the proposal tab but when she goes to view and try to send a proposal, it only allows her to send a message to the client
This impacted one recruiter that we know of, and has now been fixed. The fix is a manual individual effort by our developers. If you have this same issue, please let firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get it fixed for you.
[Fix #2] [Webmail] Recruiter is getting Error 554 when sending bulk emails
This impacted one recruiter that we know of. According to our Developer, recruiter has not exceeded her email limit, but the sending pattern is recognized as spamming by our filter. webmail is not the right tool — because this kind of behaviour is recognised as spam. An email app (outlook, firebird, etc) needs to be used to do proper mail merge and send emails one by one or use a third-party marketing tool.
[Fix #3] [Webmail] Recruiter is trying to send an email from her webmail but she keeps getting the message below.
This impacted few recruiters that we know of, and has now been fixed. The fix is a manual individual effort by our developers. If you have this same issue, please let email@example.com and we'll get it fixed for you.

[#1] [Recruiter-Campaign Page] Improve the formatting of questions to allow them to display bullet points, etc.
We're working on improving the formatting of our campaign page to be more flexible and at the same time easy to navigate.
