How do I check my balance of SaaS credits?

If you purchased a bundle of lists through Sourcing as a Service, you might want to find out how many lists you have left, or what your purchase history is. We've got you covered either way.

Once you've logged into your RecruitLoop account at recruitloop.com/app/login you need to navigate to the Sourcing page. Do this by clicking "Sourcing" at the top of your dashboard:

At the top of the sourcing page there will be a great bar. In that bar, it will tell you how many credits you have left. If you want to see more information about your purchase history, click the blue "more" button on the right side of that green bar:

When you click "more", a new window will pop up. On that window you'll see your purchase history listed, along with links to related invoices.

If you don't see any information about the lists you've purchased, you may be logged in with the wrong company, or wrong email address. SaaS list purchases are associated with a company. When you login, be sure to choose the correct company name (if you're given the option; if not, disregard this detail). 

If you've chosen the right company (or didn't have to choose), but you still can't see the information you're looking for, email us at success@recruitloop.com and we'll look into it. Odds are that your list is associated with a different email address, and we'll help you figure out which one that is.
