How email notifications work in the new platform

When you complete certain activities in the new RecruitLoop platform, we'll send an email notification to your client. Instead of sending your client an email for everything that you do, we send 1 summary email every 15 minutes. 

They will be notified of all activities completed in that 15 minute time block. Activities that qualify for notification include:

  • Shared List 'shared' for the first time
  • candidate added a Shared List
  • comment added to a candidate
  • comment added to a video interview
  • recruiter sends a message to client
  • client sends a message to recruiter
