Product Release Notes [8/15/2016]
We want to keep you in the loop with the latest updates on the RecruitLoop platform. We've got quite a few feature request releases, and we've managed to fix a few issues that you've raised to Support for the last two weeks.
Check out what's changed!
Newly Released Features
Feature #1 [About]The About Page does not provide full story of the client-recruiter engagement process.
The client can now view the full story of the client-recruiter engagement from the “about” page as show below.
Feature #2 [Candidates] Recruiters were asking to have two different salary fields (Current & desired). This will then give them and their clients a comparison of the compensation that the candidate is looking to achieve.
Feature #3 [Candidates] Option to export candidates into a CSV file
Exporting candidates option is now available on the platform for both recruiters and clients. This would be very useful if the recruiter would want a consolidated list of candidates they'll work on offline.
Some of the items you’ve raised to Support have now been fixed. See them below:
Fix #1 [Recruiter Candidate's Email] Formatting issues on platform generated emails.
After copying and pasting from a .doc file, the format or spacing does not follow through. It creates few more spaces before you can see the actual content that was copied. This was a user interface bug that has been sorted by our Product Team. If you are still experiencing the same issue, please email email@example.com.
Fix #2 [Proposals] A project has been awarded to the recruiter but it's still showing up on the Proposals page
The project was archived but it's still showing up on the recruiter's Proposal page. This bug was crucial because it confused the recruiter on what's current and needs to be followed up.. We have already sorted this bug but if you notice a re-occurence, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Fix #3 [Candidates] The "Salary" field appears nested under "qualifications" when saved from the "Info" tab.
Currently fields like "links" and "position" get their own heading on the left side of the page. However, the salary field doesn't get that, which results in that info being visually lost on the Info tab.
The "salary" field used to be part of the "position" field
This has been sorted by our Product Team, if you experience the same issue, please email email@example.com
